The 6 Step System
1. MOVEMENT
Improve range of motion and mobility in the ankles, hips, thoracic spine, and shoulders while decreasing stress to the knees, lower back and neck.
2. PILLAR
Strengthen glutes, core, and upper back postural muscles to improve stability and transfer power to the ball more efficiently.
